Smokestack Tasting: Harvest Barrels
Celebrate the fall harvest with our most bountiful brews! Join us in the Smokestack Room for a tasting menu featuring four wine-inspired beverages paired with four light courses. Led by our knowledgeable tour guide Sarah and curated by Chef Carl Kraus, you’ll explore the delicious interplay between wine, beer, and food.
With selections from our test bar, barrel-aging program, and beer vault, this tour-de-force highlights Boulevard’s bounty and innovative approach to brewing.

Courses:
- First course – Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Çeltzer paired with a cucumber tea sandwich and Greek yogurt cream sauce
- Second course – Barrel-Aged Wheat Wine Style Ale paired with a smoked BBQ chicken leg
- Third course – Vintage Stock (A Les Bourgeois x Doug Frost Collaboration) paired with a braised beef short rib in a red wine butter sauce
- Fourth course – Proper Pour Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout paired with a peanut butter and jelly truffle
