Boulevard Brewing Company (“Us,” “We,” or “Boulevard”) respect the privacy rights of our customers, visitors, and users of the Boulevard Website (“Website”) located at www.boulevard.com. This privacy policy describes our practices for collecting, maintaining, using, disclosing, and protecting information obtained from users who visit and use the Website.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound to the terms of this privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website. This privacy policy may change periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any modification to this privacy policy shall be deemed acceptance of such modification.

Underage Users
You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Website and purchase products from the Website. We do not direct content at users under the age of 21 or collect personal information from users under the age of 21. If we learn or have reason to suspect we have collected or received personal information from users under the age of 21, we will promptly delete that information.

Boulevard collects several types of information from users of the Website.

Boulevard collects information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”) when you voluntarily: (1) sign up to receive an email newsletter; (2) schedule a Boulevard brewery tour; (3) purchase products from the Website; (4) participate in a promotion, contest, or sweepstakes; or (5) apply for a job opening with Boulevard. Personal Information includes the following categories of information: (a) contact data such as your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (“Contact Data”); and/or (b) financial data such as your credit card number, expiration date, and card security value number (“Financial Data”). If you communicate with us via email, or otherwise complete purchase orders, surveys, or any other online forms, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.

Boulevard collects anonymous traffic information (“Traffic Data”) to improve the Website. Such Traffic Data is collected automatically as you navigate the Website and does not personally identify you. Traffic Data includes the following categories of information: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Site; (4) types of web browsers used to access the Site; and (5) your operating system.

The Boulevard Website also issues cookies when you direct your browser to the Website. Cookies are small files stored on your computer that hold data specific to the Website.
