While all crowlers are purged with carbon dioxide before being filled by highly trained members of our Tours & Rec team, we apply a shelf life of two days to ensure that our fresh, draft beer to-go is enjoyed at the peak of freshness. No, sir! Zon is, by far, our most award-winning beer at the Great American Beer Festival, but Saison Brett, Love Child No. 3, Reverb Imperial Pilsner, Pale Ale, Collaboration No. 2 - White IPA, Unfiltered Wheat Beer, The Sixth Glass and Dry Stout have all won medals in previous GABF competitions. We entered Jam Band, Bou Lou, Whiskey Barrel Stout and The Sixth Glass this year.

Look for an official announcement from the BLVD Tours & Rec Facebook page soon, but we're hosting a happy hour in the Beer Hall on Monday, September 24th from 5pm to 6:30pm. Doug Chritton's Wort with Friends winning beer, Dry-Hopped Cucumber Saison AKA Kind of a Big Dill, will be on tap and both Doug and I will be on hand to discuss/drink the beer with you. And tied to the above question regarding GABF medals, cross your fingers for Doug as his beer is entered in the GABF Pro-Am Competition as well!

We’re part of a brewing family that includes Brewery Ommegang and Firestone Walker. Per Brewers Association rules, brewing families are limited to how many festival endcaps they can sponsor so we take turns sitting out. We are hosting a ton of events around town and have entered the competition.
