TOURS & REC Center Reservations

Thirsty for education, recreation, libations, or some combination thereof? We’ve got you covered at the Tours & Rec Center, where we specialize in good times over great beer. Whether you’re organizing an outing for 10 to 40, we have tours, tables and taps galore in our beautiful 30,000 square foot facility. PRIVATE TOURS

Enjoy a private guided walking tour of our facility with Tasting Room samples. After your tour, hang out in our Beer Hall for one more beer per person. Each guest will also receive a special tasting glass to take home and commemorate the occasion.

Please Note: If you are booking during higher traffic times, the following guidelines may change based upon availability:

All guests must be 21-years of age. Inquiries must be received at least 14 days prior to your desired tour date. 20-person maximum group size. $400 flat rate regardless of guest count.

BEER HALL RESERVATIONS

Reservations are recommended for groups of 15-40 at all times Monday-Friday.  On Saturdays, the Beer Hall only allows reservations for groups of 15-25 and only in the Smokestack Room. All other seating is kept first-come, first-served (but ask us about REC DECK reservations for Saturdays!).  On Sundays, we do not accept large group reservations until after 1:30 due to our ticketed Bingo experience.

A food package pre-order is required to book a reservation. You will be charged a small deposit upon booking, which will be applied to your food package on the day of your event.

Last call in the Beer Hall is at 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 8:30 pm Friday & Saturday, and 5:30 pm on Sunday.

Please understand that the Beer Hall is an active, public facility. No area is private, quiet, or suitable for speeches or presentations.  We do not permit any décor, presentation materials/signage, or outside food or drink, with the exception of celebratory desserts.

 

There is no cost to reserve one of the following spaces, but a food package order is required:

  • Farmhouse Five: community-style table with a capacity of 40 guests.  Close to the outside deck & with a great view of the city!
  • Smokestack Room:  semi-private room, 2 large tables with seating for 24.  Not available until 5:30 or later Monday-Thursday.
  • The Nook: semi-private, tucked away space with a capacity of 25 guests
  • Small Bar Big Tops Game Zone: energetic high-top tables with a capacity of 40 guests.  Includes 2 large tables filled with board games

REC DECK RESERVATIONS

For *groups of 15 to 40, Saturdays.

Large group reservations for groups of 15 to 40 are available during normal business hours. You will be charged a small deposit upon booking, which will be applied to your food package on the day of your event. Last call in the Rec Deck is at 8:30 pm.

There is no cost to reserve one of the following spaces, but a food package order is required. Shuffleboard Court reservations may be added to the Courtside Hangout for $25/hr.   Email us to check availability and make a reservation.

 

  • Smokestack View:  Railing & HighTop seating only, best for mingling for a group of 15-25.  Adjacent to our complimentary shuffleboard tables.
  • Skyline View: Table & Rail seating with a view for up to 40 guests.
  • Courtside Hangout: Energetic hi-tops and drink rails with railing & hightop seating for 25.  Adjacent to the shuffleboard courts (reserve Court #1 for your event!).
