We’re excited to announce a new partnership with Foundry Distilling Co. in Iowa to produce – as part of their Brewer/Distiller Alliance Series – Midnight Ritual, a malt whiskey distilled from Unfiltered Wheat wort. This endeavor is nearly complete, with a targeted release of September 2020.
What began life as our iconic Unfiltered Wheat Beer traveled north to historic Valley Junction, Iowa, destined for distillation in Foundry’s towering column still. After resting for more than two years in new 30-gallon #3 charred oak barrels, the end result enchants with notes of caramel, banana bread and allspice. As revelers in both tradition and innovation, we hope this collaboration earns a place in your heart.
