Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
This astonishingly complex Imperial Stout spent almost two years in oak barrels that first aged Groth Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon before moving to Kentucky to finish in Jefferson’s Reserve straight bourbon whiskey. Cabernet Cask Imperial Stout is resplendently decadent with notes of chocolate, espresso, fig, tobacco, leather…damn.
