After resting in solera-aged rum barrels for 9 months, maple syrup is added to the angels share of the imperial brown ale and aged for an additional 6 months. Whether you call it – pe-KAHN pie, or PEA-can pie, there aint’t no arguing that this beer is divine, and if that ain’t the truth then grits ain’t groceries.
