YOUR HONESTY IS COMMENDABLE.

So you’re not old enough to drink AND you have an overwhelming sense of integrity that won’t allow you to lie, even to a website? Impressive…and worthy of some sort of reward. How about some quick ideas about cool things to do in Kansas City even if you’re not 21? Here you go!

BOULEVARDIA

Boulevardia was created by a few passionate Boulevard employees and other like-minded Kansas City leaders as a small country with big ambitions. The two-day urban street festival takes place on the Friday and Saturday of Father’s Day Weekend every June in Kansas City’s Stockyards District, which is the area surrounding the Livestock Exchange Building. The multi-day event is highlighted with a music from local, regional and national acts as well as family activities, entertainment, shopping and eco-education in a unique urban setting. While you have to be 21 to consume alcohol at Boulevardia, the festival is open to all ages.

A large crowd enjoys an outdoor night concert at Boulevardia, with a lit stage featuring performers and colorful lights. A bright, spinning carnival ride is visible in the background, adding to the festive atmosphere.
A large crowd gathers in a brightly lit baseball stadium at night. Players in white uniforms are seen on the field, while spectators, many in blue, watch from the stands. The atmosphere is lively, and the stadium is bustling with activity.

KANSAS CITY ROYALS

When your founder has been a die-hard Kansas City Royals fan since before he started the brewery, it is fair to say our love for the American pastime runs deep. Add the excitement that the boys in blue bring to our hometown city, and you’ve got a homerun. There are few places in the major leagues better than Kauffman Stadium to take in a game. Why not root, root, root for the home team?

AND ALL THE REST!

We think our friends at Visit KC, our tireless and dedicated hometown convention and visitors association, say it best.

“From tech and culture to sports and style, KC is on a winning streak. At the heart of it all isn’t just what we do here. It’s how we do it. Our chefs make dinner and headlines. Our sport teams are regarded as royalty. Our museums, family attractions and venues are world-class. And our visitors? They feel right at home. Consider this your invitation. Join us anytime to become a part of the momentum.”

Large, white "VISIT KC" letters are displayed on a sign above a building entrance. A blue awning is below the sign. In the background, there's a modern brick building with windows and another sign featuring a stylized "KC" logo in blue and white.
