Test – Amphora-Aged Vignoles Sour Ale Happy Hour
Taste the test: join us for an intimate Happy Hour on Friday, April 26th as we debut our barrel team’s latest experiment, Test – Amphora-Aged Vignoles Sour Ale. Created in collaboration with Master Sommelier Doug Frost, this Belgian Gold Strong Ale was aged for six months in a Tuscan Amphora Cask and rested on vignoles grapes provided by Les Bourgeois. From 5:30-6:30pm in our Tasting Room, Boulevard brewers Ryan & Brent, Master Sommelier Doug Frost, and the fine folks from Les Bourgeois will all be on hand to talk about this unique process as guests enjoy a pour, light snacks, and a 750ml bottle to take home.
