DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate as a community of beer makers and beer lovers!  April 6th, 1933 marked the eve of the Cullen-Harrison Act, which allowed the sale of low alcohol (3.2%) beer and ended the nationwide complete prohibition of alcohol. People across the country gathered outside breweries, some beginning the night before, in anticipation of drinking the first legal brews. Today, breweries often honor the historic night by releasing a new beer & rejoicing on New Beer’s Eve.\n\nOur barrel wranglers were feeling a bit mischievous this year and put a clever twist on a Boulevard classic. Using beloved Two Jokers Double-Wit as their inspiration, the brewing team created a new playful pour for our Westside Wilds series, Three Jokers – Naturally Soured Imperial Wit Ale Aged in Chardonnay Barrels (read more here!) Inoculated with Brettanomyces and lactobacillus and aged in chardonnay casks for several months, Three Jokers drinks with a crisp dryness, subtle acidity, and a refined French Oak finish.
