Roaring out of our barrel-aging program comes our newest Brewhouse One offering:  Wild Saison Ale with Riesling Juice.

We teamed up with our friends at Amigoni Urban Winery to create this beast of a beer, an intriguing mix of saisons and Belgian wild ales. Aged in neutral oak barrels and puncheons for almost a year, then re-fermented with Riesling juice, it was then bottle conditioned for two more months. Now, finally, this intensely puckering beer is ready to release into the wild.

Wild Saison Ale with Riesling Juice pours a beautiful golden yellow hue and bursts with funky, floral, fruity aromas. Look for notes of pineapple, lychee, Meyer lemon, honeysuckle and light oaky vanilla, teaming with a funky brett character to make this a delicately barbaric ale.
