Rental FAQ

How much does it cost to rent an event space?
Boulevard has numerous rental packages to choose from, with rates starting at $600. Choose from our multiple event spaces and download an information sheet for details.

Does that include food?
No. Boulevard rentals do not include food or any food service items, but you may arrange for catering.

Can we use any caterer?
If your caterer will simply be delivering food, yes. If they will be serving food or using our kitchen, you may only use a professional caterer that has entered into a written agreement with Boulevard.

Can we bring our own food?
In some cases, yes, but it depends on the space and the type of food.

Can we bring our own wine and liquor?
Rental packages include Boulevard beer. Wine may be purchased from Boulevard. Liquor is not served or permitted.

Do you provide bartenders?
Professional bar service is included in all rentals.

Can we have a cash bar?
No. If you wish to limit or contain consumption, we will collect drink tickets if you provide them to your guests.

Do you provide linens?
No, we do not.

Can we have live music?
Yes, subject to certain limitations.

Is audio/visual equipment included?
Yes. Each rental space is equipped with one or more flat panel television screens, satellite radio, satellite TV service, wireless internet, wireless microphone, and computer and iPod interface capability.

Where do we park?
Parking is simple and convenient, with up to 139 parking spaces available. Additional spaces may be available for a fee.

Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor spaces.

Do non-profit organizations get a discount?
Boulevard offers a reduced rate for 501(c)(3) organizations during the first quarter of each calendar year, in some cases up to 50% off. Click here for details.
