​Hospitality Team Member (Part-Time)

Boulevard Brewing Company operates several hospitality suites at the brewery used by the public for meetings, reunions, wedding receptions, etc. Our Hospitality Department is now recruiting dependable, personable people for the 2016 event season.

We’re seeking individuals with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability. Requirements include a positive, can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and a ready smile, along with exceptional service skills, a passion for guest satisfaction, and an interest in Boulevard beers. You must be at least 21 years of age and possess, or be able to obtain, a Missouri liquor card.

​Sales Representative – Atlanta

Duvel Moortgat USA is internationally recognized as a leader in the high-end luxury beer segment. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401k, etc.

  • Ensure the implementation of all sales and marketing programs for the entire portfolio
  • Motivate distributor sales force to achieve sales objectives
  • Focus on selling products and/or upgrading number of product lines in retail accounts (bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores)
  • Identify accounts that are not being penetrated with Duvel USA products and develop a plan to establish business with such accounts
  • Conduct wait-staff / bartender educations, beer tastings and beer dinners
  • Ensure proper merchandising of on- and off-premise accounts
  • Plan and execute on-premise promotions as required (note: evenings; weekend festivals)
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key accounts both on and off-premise.
  • Work with local distributors to increase brand awareness and consumption
  • Be responsible for the allocation and use of point-of-sale materials
  • Collect data (e.g. pricing, distribution) as required
  • Compile and submit reports required for the sales division
  • Operate effectively within corporate and budgetary guidelines
  • Track and monitor progress in all identified accounts
  • Observe all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale, merchandising and promotion of malt beverages
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One to two years malt beverage experience, preferably with at least one year at a wine or beer distributor
  • Ability to interface with various levels of management, at wholesale as well as retail
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with limited amount of direction; ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals

​Financial Planning Analyst

The Financial Planning Analyst role proactively works with the Production and Sales teams to support the business in tactical and strategic decisions as it relates to the Finance Organization. This position executes the monthly financial reporting, bi-annual and annual planning and budgeting processes, with other analysis and project work as needed.

  • Builds, analyzes and executes monthly reporting. Uploads reporting and ensures accuracy of actuals and budget for further analysis.
  • Builds, analyzes and delivers key reports for different sets of stakeholders.
  • Works with VP Finance to understand and master the annual budgeting process. Includes building and communicating the structure of expectations, gathering of input, processing of output, management of iterations and presentation preparation for parent company.
  • Maintains costing models by brewery.
  • Works with US Finance team on costing model in the mind of continuous improvement.
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities to delve into ad hoc projects that will continue to progress the success of the US brewery business.
  • Works closely with brewery business leaders to ensure that financial opportunities are being addressed in a creative and proactive manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • At least five years’ experience in a financial consulting or business controlling function
  • Highly analytical with a strong ability to synthesize
  • Collaborative professional with strong communication skills driven toward cross-brewery interaction

​Driver – Second Shift

This position operates as a Driver between the warehouse and Boulevard Brewery and provides support to the warehouse for receiving and shipping.


70% of time spent driving:

  • Safely operates brewery trucks, including tanker, under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager.

30% of time spent in warehouse:

  • Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, and stages product and materials using a forklift or other power equipment. Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspects and performs minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment. Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
  • Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations. Efficiently stacks and stores the product in the appropriate areas.
  • Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Reports quality variances.
  • Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Performs picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
  • Efficiently moves product from staging and/or storage areas or trailers.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety. Complies with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
  • Performs or assists in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as required.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid DOT Class A license with tanker endorsement
  • At Least 2 years verifiable Class ‘A’ Tractor Trailer experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check, DOT pre-employment physical and vehicle insurance check
  • Drop trailers and hook trailers on daily basis
  • Second shift position with availability to work flex hours as the business requires
  • Ability to operate forklift with hand and foot controls
  • Ability to do basic math, read instructions and complete forms. Communicate with customers, other employees and supervisors using verbal and written skills. Knowledge and ability to use safe lifting techniques

Market Manager – Iowa

  • Develop and execute local sales strategy through effective leadership and management of direct reports.
  • Develop short and long-term, local business priorities and identify issues/opportunities across all trade channels.
